My new favourite pizza place in our neighbourhood. One tatooed guy
making pizzas with 4 ingredients, 4 pizza's on the menu...4 red wines,
4 white wines and espresso... my kind of place. the concept is simple
and good. This wine, Gragnano, is insane...super interesting with its
intense colour but light taste, and frizzante... served slightly chilled!
